MORE omelette TIPS

I received an email from a reader who gave some great omelette suggestions. Let me know if you guys have tried these. Here is the email:

I'm gonna give that a try! I also always added a bit of milk to my mixture.

I saw one TV Chef (Paula Deen) she adds sour cream to her scrambled eggs..I tried it and wow!! Make sure you mix it well..I imagine the sour cream acts the same as the milk...

Yellow mustard to the egg mix adds a nice tang too...
